1972生于中国沈阳
1988-1992年 中央美术学院附中
1994-2001年 鲁迅美术学院油画系 硕士学位
现任教于北京工业大学艺术设计学院

穿引语言的结痂
在赵银鸥的绘画中，你能直观的感受到她内心深处曾经一度被怪异梦境和荒诞现实所绕缠困扰、撕扯宣泄的文本故事情境，这种情境的呈现在某一空间似如电流般穿击我们现时与过往的意识记忆，并通过个体脑力运转文字的重置组合和体力对画面的持续推进产生一种扑面而来强烈的视觉化力量:恐惧狰狞、疯狂愤怒、欲望痛苦、孤独矛盾……
从第二和第三人称来看，她画面本身表现语素的特质在此刻变得越来越被外物吞噬削减，剔除浮华表面的装饰后只剩下你“我”他纯粹坦然面对个体自我心灵的拷问及寻究的现象。而描绘的对象在上下文的从属关系中更淡化了物象在其中的语言力量，这更是她在续连着生命线揭开独立个体面对这个世界认知的面纱和自我的重新造塑的踱度印痕。
她的绘画语言穿引着我们每个人身体和心理上遭受内外部环境不同程度的碰撞、敲打、叮咬残留的结痂，每一处流血过后皮肤上皆会出现的一层凝结的深红色固体，这个固体的形成在前后左右多方位的状态显现下只属于她——赵银鸥。

I can hardly explain every piece of my work, because I have almost nothing to do with it. These works were conceived in a particular space, and I was just working hard; Keep the space open. My creation method is tried to enter the thinking of the elders, observation method, the method to express the present problems.

艺术家自述
我一直想接近这个令人不安的真实
总是找一些把我带到绝望中的境地
让我力不从心的地方
在通往自卑和自苦的内心之路
自己铸造自己
用无法熄灭之物来燃烧
I am always trying to get close to that disturbing reality
Always looking for what will take me to a place of no hope
A place where I’m helpless
On an inner path to feeling inferior, to self torturing
Myself forging, shaping myself
And for the burning, using a substance that can’t be put out

赵银鸥是一位很特别的画家，其特别之处在于她对个体感性近乎不加掩饰的表露，即便是感觉喷放与倾泄，画面仍能保留值得观看的行动印迹。她出身于以具象闻名的鲁美油画系，她读书期间正是鲁美绘画的黄金时代，从早年作品中能清楚看到她坚实的造型力量与怪异的形象气息。近年来，赵银鸥更深入地探究自己的心灵空间，深藏幽暗意识中的记忆、欲望、痛苦、幸福、骚动与挣扎被揭示出来，绘画在这一时期更像是她彻底认知-解放自己的门径。技法走向"无"的状态，这对下一步绘画实践设置了艰巨无比的前提，但又使绘画的真正观看者，更加期待画家体内更纯然感性的惊人表现，这种危险而真实的创作状态，对一个画家来说有多么珍贵，恐怕天底下能体会的人不多，这是画家赵银鸥的不幸，也是大幸。

Zhao Yin’ou is a very special painter in that she exposes her individual sensibility almost without any disguise, but even if it feels bursting and blowing, her painting is still worth appreciating regarding the traces of action. She was educated in the Oil Department of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts (LAFA), the department renowned for its figurative painting, and it was right at the golden age of LAFA, so her early works still reveal an obvious potency of modeling and give intense touch of strange imageries. In recent years, Zhao Yin’ou has delved deeper into her own mind, and revealed the memories, desires, pains, happiness, impulses and struggles secretly hidden in her dark consciousness, and at this stage painting for her is more like a method of completely understanding and then liberating herself. That she fell into the state of “naught” in technique has made it really tough for her to practice further in painting, but those genuine viewers of painting are more expecting her performance of purer sensibility. I’m afraid that not many in the world can understand how valuable to a painter such a dangerous and real state of creation is. This is both the misery and the luck of painter Zhou Yin’ou.
